With our AkzoNobel Global Weathering Program we expose and monitor our product samples to a variety of outside weathering conditions over a longer period of time.

By accelerating the outside exposure, we are able to define the durability of our systems and offer reliable solutions. These rigorous weather simulation tests, help us to demonstrate that wooden joinery or PVC coated substrates can easily endure outdoor weather conditions even in extreme environments.

• Turkey: With approximately 240 days of sunshine, Turkey is an excellent location to test the impact of strong UV exposure on our samples
• Malaysia: With approximately 210 days of rain, we're able to expose our samples to extreme moisture and wet conditions to monitor their long-term durability
• Canada: With tough wintery conditions, Canada is an ideal location to put our systems through long periods of frost and snow to test their performance
