Fire protection is becoming increasingly important in both public buildings and private homes. Our fire-retardant system provides the ideal solution: an off-white sprayable and brushable primer - RUBBOL® WP 112 FR - in combination with one of our RUBBOL® WF 33xx topcoats.
LASTING BEAUTY AND FIRE RESISTANCEOur fire-retardant system is approved in Europe in line with standards EN 13501-1 (reaction to fire), 13501-2 (ignitability) and EN 16755 (durability). It is also approved under the cladding fire test standard SP Fire 105. This stipulates fire resistance for non-fire-approved spruce substrates with a minimum thickness of 19mm. Our system has a B classification, the highest rating expected for organic material like wood. The system is also rated S2 for smoke production and received the best possible score - d0 - for zero formation of burning droplets. |
